Mr. Lehmayer, from Judiciary Committee, reported
favorably, with request that this bill be sent to the Bal-
timore city delegation,

Senate bill entitled "An Act to repeal section 788 of
chapter 123, of the Act of the General Assembly of Mary-
land, Session 1898, title 'City of Baltimore, ' sub-title
'Miscellaneous Local Laws, ' sub-title 'New Station.
Houses, " and to re-enact said section 788 with amend-
ments. "

Which was read and referred to the Baltimore city
delegation.

Mr. Collins, from Committee on Claims, reported fav-
orably,

House bill entitled "An Act to refund to the Emmitts-
burg Railroad Company a sum of money erroneously
paid into the State Treasury. "

Mr. Latrobe, from Committee on Game and Fish, re-
ported favorably,

House bill entitled "An Act to prohibit the shooting
of wild fowl between the tenth day of May and the
tenth day of October in the waters of the Choptank river
and its tributaries lying wholly within the limits of
Trappe district in Talbot county, Md. "

Mr. Roberts, from Committee on Chesapeake Bay and
Its Tributaries, reported favorably,

House bill entitled "An Act to repeal section 244, of
Article 27, of the Code of Public General Laws of Mary-
land, title 'Crimes and Punishments, ' sub-title 'Rivers, '
and to re-enact the 'same with amendments. "
