Mr. Wolfe, submitted the following:
RESOLUTION:
Whereas, The Committee on Elections of this House
have, after careful consideration unanimously reported,
that John R. Pattison, of Dorchester county, Maryland,
has been duly elected as a Member of this House, to
occupy the seat of the sitting Member, Mr. Joseph B. An-
drews, of said county; therefore,
Be it resolved, That the report submitted by the Elec-
tion Committee be adopted, and that John R. Patti-
son be declared elected and entitled to the seat in this
House, now occupied by Joseph B. Andrews.
Which was adopted.
