Mr. Wilkinson presented the petition of A. Wychgram
and others, protesting against any change in the fish
laws of Bush river, in Harford county,

Game and Fish.

The petition of Mrs. S. Alex. Shriver and others, for
an appropriation for the "Shelter for Aged and Infirm
Colored Persons in Baltimore City. "

Which was read, and referred to the Committee on
Ways and Means.

On motion of Mr. Feldmeyer, it was

Ordered, that Mr. Phelps be excused from to-day's ses-
sion on account of sickness.

sion on account of business.
