direct and compel the Mayor and City Council of Balti-
more city to purchase all that portion of the turnpike of
the Baltimore and Frederickstown Turnpike Company,
lying within the limits of Baltimore city. "

amendments sections 39, 40, 41, 42, 43, 45, 52 and 61, of
the Code of Public General Laws, entitled 'Health, ' sub-
title 'Practitioners of Medicine, ' to repeal altogether sec-
tions 49, 51 and 62, of said Article, and to add additional
sections thereto to be designated as 'Section 40 A, 61 A
and 64. "

of the repealed sections to substantiate certain other
sections. "
