the name of the Washington and Rockville Railroad Com-
pany of Montgomery county, a corporation formed under
the provisions of Article 23, of the Code of Public Gen-

eral Laws of the State, and to authorize the consolidation
of said company with certain other corporations incor-
porated for the same or similar purposes to grant addi-
tional powers to the said Railroad Company. "

inclusive, of Article 1 of the Public Local Laws of Mary-
land, entitled 'Allegany County, ' sub-title 'Mine Inspect-
or, ' and also to repeal sections 150 to 164, inclusive, of
Article 12 of the Public Local Laws of Maryland, entitled
'Garrett County, ' sub title 'Manufacturers and Mines, ' for
the appointment of mine inspector for Allegany and Gar-
rett counties, and regulation of coal mines in said coun-
ties, and to re-enact them with amendments, and to add
certain Dew sections to said respective Articles to follow
in the first mentioned Article section 209, to be designa-
ted as 'Sections 209 A, 209 B, 209 C and 209 D, ' and to
follow in the second mentioned Article section 16 H, to
be designated as 'Sections 164 A, 164 B and 164 C. ' "
