land, originating in the House of Delegates, was pre-
sented to the Governor for his approval this day at 9. 30
o'clock.

Chapter 119. "An Act to authorize and empower the
Mayor and Council of Hagerstown to borrow the sum of
$5, 000 for drainage purposes "
