of Article 6 of the Code of Public Local Laws, title 'Car-
oline County, ' sub-title 'Birds and Game, ' and to re-enact
the same with amendments. "

Mr. Knott, from Committee on Library, reported with-
out recommendation, their being a tie vote on the Com-
mittee.

House bill entitled "An Act to repeal section 2 of chap-
ter 311, of the Acts passed by the General Assembly of
Maryland, at the session of 1898, entitled 'An Act to pro-
vide for the placing of two statues of distinguished citi-
zens of Maryland in the Hall of Statuary in the Capitol
at Washington, and to appropriate a sum of money there-
for, and to re-enact the same with amendments. "

Mr. Satterfield, from Select Committee, reported fav-
orably,

House bill entitled "An Act to repeal sections 51 B, 51
C and 51 D of Article 6, of the Code of Public Local
Laws, title 'Caroline County, ' sub-title 'County Commis-
