House bill entitled "An Act to repeal sections 311 C,
311 D, 311 F and 311 G, of Article 11 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland, title 'Frederick County, '
sub-title 'Liquors and Intoxicating Drinks, ' as enacted by
the General Assembly of Maryland, by chapter 201, of
the Acts passed at the January session in the year 1892,
and to re-enact said section with amendments. "
