On motion of Mr. Roberts,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Chesapeake
Bay and Tributaries to introduce a bill entitled "An Act
to regulate the taking of oysters from the waters of the
Potomac river above a line drawn from Mathias point in
King George county, Virginia, to Windmill point, in
Charles county, Maryland. "
On motion of Mr. Graeff,
Leave was granted to the Allegany county delegation
to introduce a bill entitled "An Act to extend the corpor-
ate limits of the city of Cumberland. "
On motion of Mr. Perkins,
Leave was granted to the Prince George's county dele-
gation to introduce a bill entitled "An Act to create
Boards of District Road Commissioners for Prince
George's county, Maryland, and otherwise provide for the
making and repair of public roads and bridges in said
county. "
On motion of Mr. Coatee,
Leave was granted to the Prince George's county dele-
gation to introduce a bill entitled "An Act to repeal and
re-enact with amendments, sections 315 and 316 of Arti-
cle 17, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title 'Prince
George's County, ' sub-title 'Upper Marlboro'. '"
On motion of Mr. Perkins,
Leave was granted to the Prince George's county dele-
gation to introduce a bill entitled "An Act to authorize
and empower the County Commissioners of Prince
George's county to build a new school house in said
county. "
On motion of Mr. Martenet,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Corporations to
introduce a bill entitled "An Act to incorporate the Peo-
ple's Trust Company of Maryland. "
On motion of Mr. Walbach,
Leave was granted to the Charles and St. Mary's
county delegations to introduce a bill entitled "An Act to
define correctly the dividing line between St. Mary's
and Charles counties. "
