LEAVES TO INTRODUCE BILLS.
On motion of Mr. Norman,

Leave was granted to the Queen Anne's county dele-
gation to introduce a bill entitled "An Act to pension
Abraham Smith of Queen Anne's county not to excede
fifty dollars annually. "

On motion of Mr. Contee,

Leave was granted to the Committee on Corporations
to introduce a bill entitled "An Act to repeal and re-en-
act with amendments section 8, of chapter 419, of the
Acts of 1898, entitled 'An Act to incorporate the National
Park, Silver Spring and Hyattsville Railroad Company. "

On motion of Mr. Bramble,

Leave was granted to the Baltimore city delegation to

introduce a bill entitled "An Act to repeal section 622,

of Article 4, of the Code of Public Local Laws, entitled

'City of Baltimore, ' sub-title 'Miscellaneous Local Laws. "

On motion of Mr. Lehmayer,

Leave was granted to the Committee on Judiciary to
introduce a bill entitled "An Act to add an additional sec-
tion to Article 45, of the Code of Public General Laws,
title 'Husband and Wife, ' as repealed and re-enacted by
chapter 457 of the Acts of 1898, such additional section
to follow section 19, and to be known as 'Section 19 A. '"

Also,

Leave was granted to the Committee on Ways and
Means to introduce a bill entitled "An Act to repeal sec-
tion 76, of Article 4, of Public Local Laws, title 'City of
Baltimore, ' sub-title 'Auctioneers. ' "
On motion of Mr. Satterfield,

Leave was granted to the Caroline county delegation
and Mr. Clark to introduce a bill entitled "An Act to re-
peal sections 51 B, 51 C and 51 D, of Article 6, of the
Code of Public Local Laws, titled 'Caroline County, ' sub-
titled 'County Commissioners, ' and re-enact the same
with amendments. "
