On motion of Mr. Truitt, of Worcester,
Leave was granted to the Worcester county delegation
to introduce a bill entitled "An Act to encourage the es-
tablishment and development of manufactures and man-
ufacturing industries in Worcester county. "
On motion of Mr. Walbach,
Leave was granted to the Charles county delegation
and Mr. Long to introduce a bill entitled "An Act to re-
peal sections 91 to 116, inclusive, of Article 9, of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title 'Charles
County, ' sub-title 'La Plata, ' and chapter 486 of the Acts
of the General Assembly of Maryland, passed at the Jan-
uary session of 1894, entitled 'An Act to repeal sections
'91, 96 and 105 of the Code of Public Local Laws of the
State of Maryland, entitled 'Charles County, ' sub-title
4La Plata, ' and to enact the following in lieu thereof, and
to re-enact said sections 91 to 116, inclusive, of Article 9
of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title
'Charles County, ' sub-title 'La Plata, ' with amendments. "
On motion of Mr. Stewart,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Corporations
to introduce a bill entitled "An Act to incorporate the
Investment Company of Baltimore county. "
On motion of Mr. Long,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Ways and
Means to introduce a bill entitled "An Act to repeal sec-
tion 146 D, of Article 81, of the Code of Public General
Laws of Maryland, entitled 'Revenue and Taxes, ' as said
section is enacted and added to said Article 81 by chap-
ter 275 and chapter 501, of the Acts of the General As-
sembly of Maryland, passed at its January Session in the
year 1898, and to re-enact said section 146 D with amend-
ments. "
On motion of Mr. Contee,
Leave was granted to the Prince George's county dele-
gation to introduce a bill entitled "An Act to repeal sec-
tions 86 A, 86 B, 86 D, of Article 17 of the Code of Pub-
lic Local Laws, title 'Prince George's County, ' sub-title
'County Commissioners, ' being chapter 312 of the Acts
of the General Assembly of Maryland, passed in the. year
1892, and to re-enact the same with amendments. '"
