same page and insert "trustees."  Strike out the word "two" in the thirteenth line of the same page and insert
"one."  After the word "land" in the same line insert " on navigable water." Strike out the word
"commissioners" in the sixth line of the third page and insert "trustees."  Strike out the word "commissioners"
in the first line of the fourth page and insert "trustees."  Strike out the words " two dollars" in the second
line same page and insert " one dollar and fifty cents."
    The bill to incorporate a company for building bridges over the Great Falls of Gunpowder, in Baltimore
county, and Winter's run, in Harford county, where the post-road leading from Baltimore to Philadelphia intersects
the same, was read the second time and will not pass.
    The bill to lay out and open a road from the town of Westminster, in Frederick county, to the city of Washington,
was read the second time and will not pass.

city of Washington, and to repeal the act therein mentioned, and a bill, entitled, An act to authorise Benjamin

    The bill to enable the mayor and city council of Baltimore to introduce water into the said city, the amendments
thereto, the bill to open a road from the Pennsylvania line through Emmitsburgh and Creager's-town to
intersect the main road from Lancaster to the city of Washington at or near Frederick-town, in Frederick county,
the bill to rebuild the poor-house in Anne-Arundel county, the amendments thereto, the bill to incorporate
a company for building bridges over the Great Falls of Gunpowder, in Baltimore county, and Winter's run, in
Harford county, where the post-road leading from Baltimore to Philadelphia intersects the same, and the bill to
lay out and open a road from the town of Westminster, in Frederick county, to the city of Washington, were
sent to the house of delegates by the clerk.
    The bill to aid and amend defects in the records, papers and proceedings, in the register of wills office of Harford
county, was read the second time and will pass with the proposed amendments.
    Amendments proposed.  Strike out from the beginning of the eleventh line of the sixth page to the end of the
section.  At the end of the bill add " And be it enacted, that no correction or entry of defect whatever shall
be made by the register in virtue of this act, unless under the authority and inspection of the orphans court of
said county."
