    Mr. Purnell, from the committee, delivers to the speaker a bill, entitled, An act to make valid a deed of
conveyance from Moses Jacques, of New-Jersey, to Thomas Purnell, of Walton, of Worcester county; which
was read the first and second time by especial order, passed, and sent to the senate by the clerk.
    Mr. Geoghegan, from the committee, delivers to the speaker a bill, entitled, A supplement to an Act, entitled,
An act to regulate elections; which was read the first time and ordered to lie on the table.
    The clerk of the senate delivers the bill for the relief of John Sites, of Washington county, the bill for the
relief of Devalt Glockner, of Washington county, severally endorsed; " By the senate, November 10, 1800:
