20            VOTES and PROCEEDINGS, November Session, 1800.

    On account of money loaned, for bonds taken for open accounts, and for open accounts, by the agent, and
paid to the treasurer, the sum of £. 121 12 6, as per Abstract No. 3.
    On account of fines, forfeitures, marriage, ordinary and retailers licences, &c. on the western shore, by the
treasurer, the sum of £. 946 0 7, and by the agent, and paid to the treasurer, the sum of £. 9775 17 31/4,
amounting to the sum of £. 10,721 17 103/4, as per abstract No. 4.
    On account of the sundries on the western shore by the treasurer, the sum of £. 17,838 8 11/2, and by the agent, and
paid to the treasurer, the sum of £. 256 2 5, amounting to the sum of £. 18,094 10 61/2, as per abstract No. 5.
    On account of fines, forfeitures, marriage, ordinary and retailers licences, &c. on the eastern shore, by the
treasurer, the sum of £. 614 13 1, and by the agent, and paid to the treasurer, the sum of £. 2,589 15 101/2,
amounting to the sum of £. 3,204 8 111/2, as per abstract No. 6.
    That there hath been bonds taken in virtue of the act appointing an agent for the year 1800, to the amount
of £. 245 11 61/2, all of which have been deposited in the treasury of the western shore, as per abstract No. 7.
    No. 8 contains an estimate of the agent's commission on the amount of receipts to the 1st of November, 1800.
    From which several statements it appears, the aggregate receipts on both shores, from the 1st of November,
1799, to the 1st of November, 1800, amounts to the sum of £. 37,838 18 51/4, and bonds taken to the amount
of £. 245 11 61/2.
        That there yet remains due to the state from its citizens,

On Bonds installed,
            On account of confiscated property,
                Deduct for invalid debts,

            On account of open accounts,
            On account of specifics,
            On account of money loaned,
                Deduct for invalid debts,

            Commissioners of the city of Washington for stock,
            Proprietors of the Susquehanna canal,
            On account of the emissions of 1769 and 1773,
            Lots westward of Fort Cumberland,
            Indian Lands,
            Vacant land in Allegany county,
            Taxes,
                Deduct for invalid debts,
