Then Hannah Emmett made Oath upon the holy Evangelist that She Saw the above menconed
Garrett Sipple & Thomas Davis Signe Seale & deliver this above written bond as their
proper Act and Deed before us William Coulbourne

Whereupon it was this day to witt the 12th: day of September
in the Xiith: yeare of the Domion of the Rtt: honoble:Charles &a: Annog Domi 1688 =
Ordered by this Court that Attachment issue against the goods Chattles & Creditts of the
aforesaid Garrett Sipple to the vallew of Twelve hundred & eight pounds of Tobao: according
To Law &a: for the use of ffrancis Jenckins aforesaid &a: - - - - - - - - -

Ordered that Cornelius Ward have the boy called Edward Bright Son to Richard Bright
late of this County deced formerly bound Servant to Nathaniell Dougherty late of this County
deced as appears pr Indentures vizt: that the said Edward Bright is to Serve duely & truely the
Said Cornelius Ward untill he comes to Twenty one yeares of Age & the said Cornelius Ward
to pay the said Edward Bright According to the agreement in the said Indenture Specified &a

Whereas Anne Bright daughter to Richard Bright late of this County deced did by a peticon
prferred to this Court pray that each respective persons that have any of the Cattle belonging to
the Orphants of the aforesaid Richard Bright deced should enter into Recognizance for the
forthwith Comeing of the Said Cattle when demanded
It is therefore this Day Ordered by this Court that each respective persons as are possessed with
any of the said Cattle of the Orphants of the said Bright give Securitty as prayed vizt:
Samuell Allexander for Two Cowes and Calves
Colo: Wm: Colebourne for One Cow & Calfe in all ffour Cowes & Calves &a
Cornelius Ward for one Cow & Calfe

Whereas Peter Adams made appeare this day to this Court by the Oaths of Richd: Samuells
and Ellinor Woodward that there was due to him out of the Estate of his late ffather
Summer Adams deced a Cow which to him of right belongeth &unjustly detained by the
Samuell Hayden admr: of the goods & Chattles of the said Summer Adams deced -
It is therefore this day to witt the 12th: day of September as aforesaid Ordered by this Court
that the aforesaid Samuell Hayden pay unto the said Peter Adams a Cow & that upon
Demand as prayed &a: The Same Day -

In the mounth of November Annog Domi 1687 the plt: had one brindled Cow under bitted
of the right Eare & Slitt of the left Eare the frost after marking had bitt off a Small matter
of the Slitt Eare with very considerable Notable & remarkable flesh marks vizt: white
under the belly the white Covering up each flanck white on the Tip of her Tayle each
