know all Men by these presents that I James Baxter of Miniard in the Kingdom of
England mariner am holden and firmely bounden unto ffrancis Jenckins of the Province
of Maryland & County of Sommerset gentl: in the full & Just Summe of fifty five pounds
eight Shillings of good & Lawfull currant moneys of England to be pd: to the said ffrancis Jenckins
his Certaine attorney his heires executors admrs: or assignes to wch: paymt: well & truly
to be made & done I binde my Selfe my heires executors & admrs: firmely by these pr:sents
to the said ffrancis his heires executors administrators assignes or Certaine attorney In
wittnes whereof I have here unto Sett my hand & Seale this Twenty Second day of april

The Condicon of this obligacon is such that if the above mentioned bounden James Baxter
his heires executors admrs: or assignes Shall pay or: Cause to be paid well & truly Satisfied Contented & payd
unto
the abovesaid ffrancis Jenckins his heires executors administratrs: or assignes or Certain
Attorney the full & Just summe of Twenty seaven pounds fourteene Shillings at some
one Convenient Towne in the aforesd: County of Somr:set in the Province of Maryland with
out fraud or Cozen at the Currant rate at moneys now goeth both in the aforesd: province
as alsoe in the Kingdome of England at the ensealing hereof at or before y tenth day of
November next ensueing the Date hereof in Current money Sterling that then this
present obligacon to be voyd and of none effect otherwaies to Stand & remaine in full
