Thomas Shiells enters himselfe security before the Cort: in recognizance of five pounds

full & Just sume of one Thousand five hundred & seaventy Two pounds of tobacco
and the said deft: administrator of y estate doth denie to pay the said Sume of 1572
pounds of Tobacco though often thereunto required without order of Cort: whereby
the plte Saith he is Damnified & hath Losse to y value ot four thousand thousand
