Harvey Swore vainely Two oaths this Co^rt: ord^rs: that the Said Harvey be summoned
forthwith & is who appeares before the Co^rt: & ownes his fact ordered that the s^d: W^m: Harvey
pay to y poore one hundred pounds of tobacco & further ~~misdea~~ for his misdeameaner
before the Co^rt: ordered y^t: he be of the good abearance till next County Co^rt: giving Security
to the Lord Prop^ry: for the same & for y paym^t: of 100^lb: tobacco to y poore ~ ~ ~
Thomas Shiells enters himselfe security before the Co^rt: in recognizance of five pounds
money Sterl: to y R^t: hon^r:able the Lord Prop^ry: for his behaviour untill next County Co^rt: & for
the paym^t: of one hundred pounds of tobacco to y poore in y Summe of Two hundred pounds

person he having taken the S^d: David for a runaway Likewise for a devulger of false news
This Co^rt: ord^rs: that the Said David be Comitted into the Sherifes Custody & there to remaine
untill he be dischardged before any Commission^r: or more & to pay Charges ~ ~

of Virg^a: gent: in an accon of the Case /
And whereupon the plte by his attorney James Sangster Comes & Saies
that y s^d: deceased Sumner Adams was Truly & Justly indebted up unto y plte in the
full & Just sume of one Thousand five hundred & seaventy Two pounds of tobacco
and the said def^t: administrator of y estate doth denie to pay the said Sume of 1572
pounds of Tobacco though often thereunto required without order of Co^rt: whereby
the plte Saith he is Damnified & hath Losse to y value ot four thousand ~~thousand~~
