and Province of Maryland in my name & Stead to be my Attorney in all Lawfull
occasions Controversies debates for to receive recover Sue implead imprison any
person or persons whatsoever that may any wayes owe or be indebted unto mee
Ratiefieing Confirming and allowing all and whatsoever my Said attorny Shall doe
or Cause to be done in and about an estate Left by my Brother William Redulphus
of this County of Som^r:set & for to give discharge or discharges for mee & in my name
allowing
