yeare the deft: became indebted unto the plt: the full and just Sume of ffour
hundred Twenty five pounds of Tobaccoe as pr accot: here in Court produced
will more plainely appeare but the Deft: John Deale Utterly Denying to pay
The same 425lb: of Tobao: to the greate Losse and Damage of the plt
To the vallew of Eight hundred and Sixty pounds of Tobaccoe &
Thereupon brings this Suite // accots: prduced & read - - - - -
And the deft: by his Attourney Peter Dent Cometh and defendeth the force &
Injury when &t: and for plea Sayth that the plt: her accon She ought not to have
for that the Deft: sayth that he paid the plt: the debt in the Declaracon Mentioned
by Sundry Worke Don for her
Upon which Came both prties and by Mutuall Consent put themselves to the judgmt: of ye Court
Whereupon it is Considered by this Court here that the said Willimott Hill take =
Nothing by her said Writt but be in Mercy for her false Clamour and that John
Deale goe thereof without day / And it is further Considered by this Court that
John Deale recover against the said Willimott Hill the Sume of
Tobaccoe for his Cost and Charges in this behalfe laid out & expended
