The Peticon of Cap^t: William Whittington as intermarrying with Attalanta adm^rtx: of the
goods and Chattles of Cap^t: John Osborne deced Craveing an Order ag^t: John Vigerous adm^r:
of the estate of Edward Smith late of this County deced for a Steere of Seaven years old
which he the said Edward Smith in his life time did owe unto the aforesaid Cap^t: John Osborne
and still remaines unpaid for w^ch: the petioner Craves allowance & will pray &^t: - - -
Upon heareing the afores^d: Peticon it was Ordered by this Court that John Vigerous adm^r:
as aforesaid pay Unto Cap^t: William Whittington one Steere of Seaven years old out of -
The estate of Edward Smith afores^d: deced as prayed &^t: - - - - - - -

Ordered that Miles Grey and John ffergeson be Sumoned to appeare Next Court to be holden
The Second Tuesday in August Next to shew if any they have why thy should not fined
According to Law for their Contempt in not make their personall appeareance this Court
as being Sumoned thereunto on the behalfe of the R^t: hono^ble: the Lord prop^ry: ag^t: Joseph -

Ordered that if Majo^r: Ambrose London Craveth a Subpena for any Evidences on the behalfe
of the R^t: hono^ble: the Lord prop^ry: ag^t: Joseph Boyce of this County that a Sumons be issued
forth without delay &^t: - - - - - -

Ordered that the booke of Lawes be alphabetted by the Clark that Now is &^t: - - - - -
Ordered that every such persons as are brought in by way of inditem^t: Cannot bring any
accon of Slander or defamation ag^t: any Other person or persons untill first Cleard by this -
Court of the said inditm^t: or presentm^t: &^t: if the said accon be not first brought afore ye Inditem^t-

Richard Davis brought his Serv^t: man Called Cornelius Mackenna to this Court to
be judged the said Serv^t: haveing Indentures but judged for his Taxes after a full view
had by this Court taken of the said Cornelius Mackenna they doe adjudge him to be -
ffifteen yeares of age &^t: - - - - - - - -

The Peticon of Thomas Gordon and Others to this Court Craveing Allowance as being sumoned
On the behalfe of the R^t: hono^ble: the Lord prop^ry: ag^t: Lawrence Young but noe result given

June the 10^th 1689
Then Received of John Taylor full Satisfaction for Twenty daies worke according to
Order of Court holden in Sum^rsett County I say reced the day & yeare aboves^d: W^m: Morris -
To Twenty daies worke or full satisfaction for the same w^ch he owned in Court to have -
Received of the said John Taylor
To Twenty daies worke or full satisfaction in Liew thereof which is likewise owned in
Open Court to have received of John Webb according to order of Court for the same -
The foregoing was Ordered by this Court to be recorded it being in part payment of one -
hundred daies worke which he the said William Morris was to have forepaireing the Deviding
Creeke bridge &^t:
