Upon Motion made to this Court by mr: James Round for allowance for three Woolves head wch-
he put in for at the last Laying of the Leavy tho not then allowed off - - - - - -
Ordered that he the said James Round be allowed for the said Three woolves head according
to Order of Court out of the next Leavy when Laid &t:

The Peticon of John Revell pr his attourney Edmund Beauchamp Sheweth
That Whereas mr: Randall Revell Senr: late of this County of Sumrsett deced stood indebted
unto your peticoner in the full and just Sume of one thousand ffour hundred pounds of Tobacco
and Caske to be paid to the said Revell or his assignes at or before the Tenth day of October next
Ensueing the date of a Certaine instrument here in Court produced under the hand and seale of him
The said Randall beareing date the 23th: day of November Annog Domi 1685 your peticoner
by his attourney Edmund Beauchamp humbly Craveth Order agt: Randall Revell Son & heir of
The said Randall Revell Senr: the said Randall deced haveing paid noe part nor parcell in
his life time Nor Since his death Nothing hath been paid the said Randall Revell being
admr: Saith Cannot pay without Order Whereby desires Order agt: the admr: for the sd: 1400lb:
of Tobaccoe & will pray &ca - - - - -
Upon heareing of the aforesd: peticon Ordered by this Court that Randall Revell admr: of
The estate of Randall Revell Senr: late of this County deced pay unto the aforesd: John Revell
of accomack in Virga: or to his orders the just Sume of ffourteen hundred pounds of Tobaccoe

That Whereas mr: Randall Revell Senr: late of this County deced stood indebted to your peticoner
One paire of french fales mens Shoose in the yeare of Our Lord God 1685 came to 50lb: of Tobacco as
Also Mrs: Catherin Revell in the yeare 1685 stood indebted to me for Two paire of Womens Shoose -
Amounting to One hundred pounds of Tobacco both wch: Sumes amountes to 150lb: of Tobacco Now
your peticoner by his Attourney Edmund Beauchamp Comes and Saith that nothing of the same hath been
paid in the lifetime of the said Randall and Catherin nore Since humbly Craveth order agt: the admr:
Randall Revell here present in Court who Saith Cannot pay without Order of Court & as will pray &t
Upon heareing the aforesd: Peticon and the premisses being taken into Consideracon Ordered by this
Court that Randall Revell admr: as aforesd: pay unto the aforesd: John King the sume of one hundred
