James Weatherly brings his Servt: boy called Andrew Dagg the said boy comeing -
into this province without Indenture and brought before the Court to be judged within
The time Limitted by Act of Assembly after a full View had and taken by this Court of
The said boy they doe adjudge the said Andrew Dagg to be fourteen yeares of age from

The humble peticon of William Davis but noe result given it being abt: Margtt: Morris
Mr: Robert King brings his Servt: woman called Hannah Norris the said girdle
Comeing into this province without Indentures and brought before this Court to be judged
within the time Limitted by Act of Assembly after a full View had and taken by -
This Court of the said girle they doe adjudge the said Hannah Norris to be Seaven
Yeares of Age from the date hereof being the 11th: day of June 1689 =
John Bounds brings his Servt: Woman called Izabell Wilson the said maid comeing
into this province without Indentures and brought before this Court to be judged after
a full View had and taken by this Court of the said Izabell Wilson they doo adjudge -
her to be Sixteen yeares of age from the date aforesd: - - - - - - -
The peticon of mr: William Traill Minister Shewing how that he is Setling of -
a New plantation on pocomoke and that the first Clearers of the Main Roads there
have not been well acquainted with the ground for that the roade that now is, is both
bad way, and about, by what it may be made, and runs through the Middle of what
ground your peticoner hath to Cleare for a Corne ffeild, your peticoner Craves Leave to
alter the said Roade by his plantacon at his owne Charges Nearer & better way
for the Inhabitants thereabouts who are likewise willing thereto & yor: peticoner will pray
This Court haveing taken the premisses ito their Consideracon Ordered that if
The peticoner performes according to the Contents of his peticon that he may alter the
Roade as prayed provided it be noe damage to the Neighbors: or Others
The peticon of Thomas Weatherhead Shewing how that he is in a poore & weake
Condition by indisposition of healt for wch: Craveth the Christians benevolence -
as alsoe that he imployed a doctor to Cure him for wch: he was to give him a Mare
and a Colt wch: said mare and Colt the said Doctor by name James Steward tooke
into his Custody and the same did Sell and dispose off to James Given tho the said
Doctor: did him noe Cure soe that he prayes the Mare and Colt might be delivered him or
a valluable Consideracon Liew thereof Otherwise wd: be Constrained to Come on the Charity
of ye: parish for a Maintenance and your peticonr: will pray
Came James Given and in Open Court declared that he wd: save the County harmless
from allowing any thing for a Maintenance to the sd: Thomas Weatherhead =
for that he the sd: James Given wd: allow him a Competent Livelihood &ca:
