To the Comissioners for the Peace and Treyall of Causes of Sumersett
County Court
And to all others to whome these presents shall Come greeting Whereas it is =
Complaind to his Lordpps Counsell that there has been Noo Treyalls either for Criminells or
Between Any Other person Or persons in the County Court of Sumersett County Since the last
November Court then and there held by reason in Some parts of the Absence of the Clark
of the same Court and Some disputes have happend whether the former Comissions by which
The Justices of the said Court did formerly Sitt were fallen or Not - - - - -
Wee Doe therefore for quiteing and Settling of All Matters and for the Laying of =
The County Leavy for the last yeare which is not yett Laid and the bringing to Treyall
all Matters and Causes Declare publish and Order that the County Leavy be Laid the
Last Tuesday of this present Mounth of Aprill and all Causes whatsoever come to Treyall
In June Court as if the said Court had been Legally Adjournd both in January & March =
Courts last past and to Sitt by and According to their last Comissions to which the Comissionrs
have been Legally Sworne without takeing Any Notice of a later Comission to which they =
have not been Sworne, and which is hereby Superseaded And the former ordered to be
In full force and vertue And it is hereby Ordered that the Sheriff of the said County
of Sumersett forthwith make Publick Proclamation hereof in the most publick =
Places of the Said County that All persons may take Notice of the same Given At
