upon the wholy Evangelists that they Sawe Richard Harris & Wm Thomas Signe Seale & deliver the abovesd
writing as theire Act and Deed
The deft Craves Speciall bayle of the plte if he be Cast To pay Cost wch this Cort ordrs the plte to do
Wm Morris of this County acknowledged before the Cort: yt he stands indebted unto Richard Harris of this (County?)
in the full & Just Summ of Two Thousand pounds of Tobacco be paid to y said Richard Harris or (his)
ordrs The Condicon thereof is yt if Wm Thomas be Cast in a Sute brought by him yt Richard Harris (by)
a plea of Covenant yt if the said Wm Thomas doth not pay the Cost & Damadges the Said Wm Mor(ris)
will pay it for him to this recognizance the said Wm Morris made answr before the Cort he would
& there upon the plte desires his wittnes may be Sworne vizt John Bishop plantor Allexr Williams-

Whereas Elizabeth Williams (Servant to Jacob Waring of this County) was this day presented by his
Lopps Grand Enquest for the body of this County for bearing Two bastard Chilldren The said Elizabeth
appearing before the said Justices Confesseth her fact And saith yt Richard Harris is the ffather
of them The Said Richard Harris appearing Solemly denies the same The Cort orders that the
Sherife take y said Elizabeth Williams into his Custody and her well Lay on upon the bare back
nine & thirty Stripes: wch was executed accordingly ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~

Whereas John Roach Senr: of this County for disturbed the Cort by undesent behaviour in Speaking
without Leave Contrary to Rules of Cort: This Cort orders that for his misdeameanor he pay ouS
y Sherife of the County for the use of y Poore one hundred pounds of Tobacco ~ ~ ~

Whereas John Pearse of this County Chirurgeon alleaged that mr: Wm: Brereton had made a breach
of the Sabbath day the Said Wm Brereton appearing denyed the same. John Pearse made oath
upon the holy Evangelists & was exa: by the Cort: Concerning the Premisses And findes no breach
of Sabbath Committed by mr: Wm Brereton And thereupon this Cort orders that he be acquitted

in the Time of her Service at his house humbly desires ordr: that She make satisfaccon for trouble Losse of time
and Charges (the Said Elizabeth being present) This Cort orders that the Said Elizabeth Williams pay or Cause
to be paid unto John Outen or his order eight hundred pounds of tobacco ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
