It is agreed betweene John ffreeman & his Brother Joseph ffreeman that the Said Joseph is to goe frome
for Bristoll with y aforesaid John ffreeman his wife to assist and instructt her aforesaid John
ffreeman his wife to Lay out what money she may or hath due to her in any Comodity or to
get Servants or what else may be thought fitt & what other bussness that is needfull to be done
for the good of the Said John ffreeman where for his Labour & Care the said John ffreeman this
wire?) to pay the Said Joseph ffreeman Twenty pounds Sterling money and what Servants are
shipt if there be not above Six the three is to be equall(shares? ) of Charges out of ( ) then the
Said John ffreeman is to be Two parts of the Charges & to have Two and his brother one and further
the said John is to pay his passage in and out and what other onations? y^t need shall require in wittness wee

tayled overbitted & under bitted in the right ear the w^ch assignm^t was entered on record y 29^th July?
Annoq Do^m 1678 now know all men by these presents that the said John Colehoune And Joseph
Eames of the said County of Sommersett Doe jointly agree and make known that what hoggs
great or small are raysed already or are hereafter to be raysed are in partnership between us
And Soe to remayne for the future, untill a further Mutuall agreement be to y contrary as alsoe
the same to be for Bulls steers Cowes & Calves as wittness o^r hands & Seales the Tenth Day
of December Annoq Do^m 1683
