This Article of aggreement made betweene W^m: Davesson & W^m: Kine of Somm^rsett County y S^d
Davesson Doth binde out his Daughter Jeane Davesson unto W^m Kine for seaven yeares & y Said
Kine Doth ingage to maintain y Said Jane Davesson in meat Drinck & apparrell & y Said
W^m: Davesson Doth ingage himselfe not to take his Daughter away from W^m: Kine And y s^d
Kine will bring y said Jane Davesson to Doe y worke in y house & to make her owne linnen
And for consideracon when y S^d Jane Davesson hath Served four yeares y Said Kine will
record a heifer Calfe for y use of Jane Davesson & Soe run on for y good of y girle male
& female given from under our hands this 10^th of March 1675:

Knowe all men by these presents y^t I Elizabeth Boston widowe Doe by these presents
accquitt & Dischardge & release Henry Boston of my third part of thy moveables goods
being Due unto me for my thirds alsoe I Doe Discharge y said Henry from all Debts
& accompts which I y said Elizabeth ever had unto this Day only I Soe except my third
part of y land to bee Due unto mee Still y Summ of my thirds amounting to twenty
one thousand nine hundred & twenty pounds of Tobacco in wittness hereof I have
hereunto put my hand & fixed my seale this 8^th Day of May 1677:

& accompts which I y said Henry might have or cann have against y above named
Elizabeth her heirs Executo^rs adm^rs or assignes & for y true performance hereof
I binde mee my Selfe my heirs or assignes in wittness hereof I have hereunto
sett my hand & Seale this 8^th Day of May in y yeare of our Lord 1677:

Casqe to bee paid unto y said William Stevens or any four of his Lopp^s Justices of the peace
for y Said County of Somm^r:sett To y which payment well & truely to be made wee binde our
