Item I give & bequeath unto my very Loving ffreind Robert Collier immediately after my Decease all y^t my plantacon
Called by y name of Windsor with all & every y lands Tenements easements hereditaments app^rtenances to y
said plantacon belonging or in any wise app^rtaining as y Same is Scituate lyeing & being in Dorsett County in
y province of Maryland and which plantacon I late had & purchased of y said Robert Collier by Deed of
ffeofment in Co^rt recorded more plainely will appeare To have and to hold y Said plantacon with all y rights
members & app^rtenances to y Same belonging after my Decease to him y Said Robert Collier & his heirs for

Item: I give and bequeath unto Thomas Parnell Son of Thomas Parnell of Accomack aforesaid planter after my
Decease one yearling Cow Calfe: / : ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
Item I further give & bequeath unto y said Robert Collier & to his heirs & assignes for ever after my Decease
five Cowes belonging & of right pertaining four of which Cowes are now in y hands & possession of Edward
Joyner & Caezar Godwin: / ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
Item I further give & bequeath unto y S^d Robert Collier & to his heirs & assignes for ever one Iron gray Mare &
one black horse Colt: ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
Item I further give & bequeath unto y Said Rob^t: Collier & to his heirs & assignes forever after my Decease
all Such Summe & Summes of Tobacco as are now or hereafter Shall become Due to mee y S^d John
Hudson by vertue of any bill or bills Contracts or accomps whatsoever: / : ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
Item I give & bequeath unto y said Robert Collier one pine Chest with all & all manner of apparell Linnen
or Woollen whatsoever which now is or hereafter Shall bee in y same: / : ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
And Lastly I Doe make & ordaine my Said Lovinge ffreind Rob^t: Collier to bee Executo^r of this my last will
& Testament hereby once more revokeing all & all manner of former & oth^r wills heretofore made or
