Item I give & bequeath unto my very Loving ffreind Robert Collier immediately after my Decease all yt my plantacon
Called by y name of Windsor with all & every y lands Tenements easements hereditaments apprtenances to y
said plantacon belonging or in any wise apprtaining as y Same is Scituate lyeing & being in Dorsett County in
y province of Maryland and which plantacon I late had & purchased of y said Robert Collier by Deed of
ffeofment in Cort recorded more plainely will appeare To have and to hold y Said plantacon with all y rights
members & apprtenances to y Same belonging after my Decease to him y Said Robert Collier & his heirs for
ever : / : / : ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
Item: I give and bequeath unto Thomas Parnell Son of Thomas Parnell of Accomack aforesaid planter after my
Decease one yearling Cow Calfe: / : ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
Item I further give & bequeath unto y said Robert Collier & to his heirs & assignes for ever after my Decease
five Cowes belonging & of right pertaining four of which Cowes are now in y hands & possession of Edward
Joyner & Caezar Godwin: / ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
Item I further give & bequeath unto y Sd Robert Collier & to his heirs & assignes for ever one Iron gray Mare &

Item I further give & bequeath unto y Said Robt: Collier & to his heirs & assignes forever after my Decease
all Such Summe & Summes of Tobacco as are now or hereafter Shall become Due to mee y Sd John

Item I give & bequeath unto y said Robert Collier one pine Chest with all & all manner of apparell Linnen

& Testament hereby once more revokeing all & all manner of former & othr wills heretofore made or
