Knowe all men by these presents that I: John Kemball of Caecilius County in y province of Maryland hath
bargained sould & Delivered And by these presents Doe bargaine sell & Deliver unto Mary Johnson of ~
Wiccocomico in y County of Sommersett & province aforesaid widowe her executors &assignes one bay mare
branded in y neare buttock & shoulder with I: W: To have and to hold y said mare with her future
increase unto her y said Mary Johnson her executors or assignes forever and I y said John Kemball
Doe for mee my heirs executrs & administrators Doe & will warrant y said mare with her future increase
unto her y said Mary Johnson her executrs & assignes from any Lawfull Claime of any person or persons
whatsoever wittness my hand & Seale this Seaventh Day of July one thousand Six hundred Seaventy Six
