And whereupon y said Ralph Smith by his attorney Edward Jones saith y^t y said George became
indebted unto him y Said Ralph in y just Summ of nine hundred & seaven pounds of good sound
merchantable tobacco in Casqe being y just ballance of accompts betweene him y said Gorge

more plainely will appeare but hee y said George fraudulently intending to Deceive him h S^d
