And Whereupon y Said Randall Revell by his attorney Thomas Poole Saith y^t hee the said John Tyler became indeb
ted unto him y Said Randall y just Summ or quantity of one thousand three hundred pounds of Tob: in Casqe ~
good Sound merchantable as pr acco^t: here in Co^rt: produced more plainely will appeare but hee y Said John
fraudulently intending him y S^d Randall to Deceive of y Said 1300^lb tob: in Casqe Denyeth & Still Doth to
pay y same although often thereunto required y pl^t: Saith hee is Damnified & hath Damage to y value of
Two thousand Six hundred pounds of tobacco & thereupon brings his Suit: ~ ~ pr quer: Tho: Poole: /:
And this Day to witt y 6^th: Day of ffebruary A^o:Do^m: 1676: Came y Def^t: John Tyler by himselfe in his own ~~
person & before y Co^rt: Confest judgement for thirteene hundred pounds of Tobacco Due from him to y pl^t: and
thereupon this Co^rt: orders y^t y Def^t: John Tyler pay unto y pl^t: Randall Revell or his order thirteene hundred
pounds of Tobacco with Cost of Suit forthwith: al^s: execucon: / : ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~

Somm^rsett.Ss: Alexander Draper late of this County was Summoned to answ^r unto John Tyler in an accon of y Case &c.
And whereupon y said John by his attorney Thomas Poole Saith y^t hee y said Draper Did in y moneth of May last
past Did bargaine with y said Tyler for his Shallop to fetch thirty Cutts of board timber from Pocomoke & for y
which hee y said John paid him y said Draper four hundred twenty seaven pounds of Tobacco & now y S^d Draper
Denyes to performe his bargaine with him y Said Tyler whereupon y pl^t: Saith hee is Damnified & hath Damage
to y value of one thousand pounds of Tobacco & thereupon brings his Sute prquer: Tho: Poole: / : ~ ~ ~ ~
And y Deft: by his attorney Henry Smith Cometh this Day to witt y 6^th Day of ffeb^ry: A^o: Do^m: 1676: to Defende
y force & injury & Saith that y Def^t: his accon ought not (his accon) the Lawe to bring there being noe Cause of
accon hee having had y pl^t: Shallop Two times according to aggreement & therfore Craves ord^r: ag^t the plaintiff
And y Def^t: made oath upon y holy Evangelist before y Co^rt: y^t the pl^t: had his Shalop Two times ~ ~ ~
This Co^rt: findes noe Cause of accon & orders a nonsuite:/: ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~

Somm^rsett:Ss Arnold Parramo^r of this County Sumoned to answ^r unto John West gent^t: of accomack in an accon of y Case,&c
And whereupon y said West by his attorney Thomas Poole Saith y^t hee Arnall became indebted unto him y Said West y
full & just Summ of seaven hundred forty nine pounds of Tobacco & Casqe as pr acc^t here in Co^rt produced more plainely
will appeare but hee y said Arnold fraudulently intending him y said West to Deceive of y aforesaid Summ of 749^lb
of Tobacco Denyeth & Still Doth Deny to pay y Same although often thereunto required y pl^t: Saith hee is Damnified
& hath Damadge to y value of fifteene hundred pounds of tobacco & thereupon brings his suit: pr quer Tho: Poole:/:
And y Def^t: by his attorney Henry Smith Cometh & Defendeth y force & injury & saith y^t according to pl^t: Declaracon
they Desired y acc^ot: & none being produced Craves a nonsuite etc. :/: ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~

To y Worshipfull Justices of Somm^rsett County y humble peticon of John: Walton: / :
Sheweth Whereas yo^r petition^r was left a serv^t here in Som^rsett County by Capt^a: Daniell Penfax of London And yo^r petitio^nr hath
continued upon y plantation of y S^d: Penfax in Pocomoke river y full terme & time of five yeares according to the
Law of this province now his Said Master not being in y Country not having left any attorney behinde him yo^r
Petition^r: humbly Craves y^t an order may bee grannted him for his ffreedome and yo^r Petition^r as in Duty bound
Shall pray: / : ~ ~ ~ ~

This Court finding that y Said John Walton hath served y full time of servitude & Doth promise to remaine
upon y S^d plantacon of Capt^a Daniell Penfax in Pocomoke river Doe order y^t hee bee free and Corne and
Cloathes according to act of assembly bee paid to y said John Walton: / :~ ~ ~ ~ ~
