of y orphants & widdowe Complaining yt the Said Henry Boston administrator: Doth imbezell & waste the
estate of y said orphants & widdowe before Devision is made therofe y Cort: orders that y sd Henry Boston be taken
into Custody & hee give Sufficient Security to pay & Deliver to each party their Due proporcon of y sd Deceased
estate and that noe Tobacco bee paid & Carried away from y plantacon before a Devision bee made : / : ~ ~

John Lyon on y behalfe of Henry Hasso have releife out of y Supernumeries yt Shall bee found taxeablles omitd
