The humble Peticon of Randall Revell
Sheweth
That whereas yo^r. Pet^r having a Servant woman whose name is Mary Pereman which had
A bastard Chilld and was brought Abed in my house which with Charge of y Chilld &
neglect of my Service in Losse of Time is a great Damadge to yo^r Peticion^r w^ch yo^r Pet^r:
woulld desire you to take into serious Consideracon. And further yo^r Petic^r desires that his
Servant may Serve him according to the Judgement of the worp^ss: Co^rt: for the Damadge Sustained
And yo^r Peticon^r as in duty bound Shall pray ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
And the Said Mary Pereman appeares ownes her fact & throwes herselfe upon y Judgem^t:
of the Co^rt This Co^rt Therefore ord^rs that the Said Mary Pereman Serve Randall Revell or his order
eight months over & above the first time of Service

And ffurther ord^rd that after Jan^rt: Co^rt: These persons Named as ffolloweth take the Chardge -
upon them untill it be otherwise ordered: vizt m^r: Henry Bishop Sen^r: & mr. Thomas Pointer for
Boquetenorten hundred: m^r: W^m: Stevens & m^r: W^m: Harper for Pocomoke hundred Coll^o: W^m: Colebourne
& m^r: W^m: Planner for Anamessex hundred: m^r: Charles Ballard & m^r: David Browne for Manoakin
hundred m^r: W^m: ffurnis Back Creeke of Manoakin & North Side of Anamessex: m^r: William Jones and
m^r: Living Denwood for the hundred of Mannys : m^r: W^m: Brereton & m^r Richard Kembell for the
South Side of Wiccocomoco m^r: Nicolas Rice & m^r: James Dashiell for the North Side of Wiccocomoco
& South Side of Nanticoke, And further ordered that all persons that owe work To be Summoned to
appeare the next County Co^rt: to be holden y 9^th: Day of Jan:^rynow next Comeing. And upon Non
appearance being Summoned to pay each person one Thousand pounds of Tobacco ~ ~ ~

That Whereas yo^r: humble Petic^r: hath not any thing to helpe my Selfe withall & being of Seaventy
yeares of age Not able to doe any thing to gett my Living being Soe poore not able to pay my
Taxes Therefore yo^r humble Pet^r: doth Crave of yo^r: worp^s: to be free from paying any taxes
And yo^r: Peticion^r Shall be bound to pray ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
It is ordered That the Taxes of James Johnson be paid out of the
Taxes that the Sherife Shall receive of those that the Constables have
not mentioned in theire Lists ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
