Whereas Annacockeson y Emperour of Nanticoke had made a propasicon to m^r James Jones
and Christopher Nutter y^t in Leiw of a considerable quantity of Matchcoats to come to the
Said Emperour from persons Settled upon land in Nanticoke and places adjacent according as
people usually give him att Seating where y Emperour claimes Some prerogative which
the Said Emperour would bee content to reduce to a smaller value then hath been pro
mised & usually is given provided they would advance itt for him y Said m^r: James Jones
reporting y Same to y Co^rt: who thought good to Sumon y persons being above thirty to pro
pose y Same to advance every one a Little of which John Squire gave one Matchcoat

of this County also betwixt Nicholas Silvero & Elizabeth Barnett both of this County also
betweene David Linsey & Sarah Connard both of this County also betweene Thomas ~~

It is ordered y^t y Severall & respective overseers make & amend his Lopp^s highwaies in their severall
precincts within this County according to act of Assembly by y 10^th of November now next comeing

And thereupon this Co^rt: orders that for her fact the said Rachell Grounde Shall give in ~ ~
Sufficient Security for an able man with meat & Drinck to pay twenty five Days work ~ ~
in makeing of a bridge over y Deviding Creeke William Stevens planter appears before
