fifty acres of Land Seated or is worth forty pounds Sterl: appeare at the house of m^r: Randall
Revell on Tuesday the 18^th: day of Aprill now next Comeing at A Co^rt: then to be holden to
Choose Delagates & Burgesses for this County to Sett in A generall Assembly ~ ~ ~ ~ ~

Sommersett Ss: ffranncis Jenckins was sumoned to answ^r unto William Walston as y attorney of
Thomas Jones of Bristoll merchant in an accon of y^e Case &c
Whereupon y said William Walston by his attorney Thomas Poole Saith in this present yeare one
Thousand Six hundred seaventy five in or about y month of may last past: Captⁿ: Thomas Jones Did
make an aggreement with him y said William to weatherboard & cover a dwelling house of y Said
Capt^a: Jones in Manoakin river & alsoe to provide & gett y boards for y which getting of y Said boards
y S^d Capt^a: Jones was to pay y Said William for each thousand of boards four hundred & fifty pounds of
Tobacco there being two Thousand of boards rived & Drawne by y said William which am^ts to nine
hundred pounds of Tobacco y said house being finished Accordingly there being Due to y plaintiffe
one thousand three hundred pounds of Tobacco Now ffrancis Jenckins y attorney of Capt^a: Jones Denyeth
payment wherefore y plaintiffe craveth order ag^t ffrancis Jenckins as y attorney of Capt^a: Jones for
y said 1300^lb of Tobacco with Cost of Suit:: ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
John King and Andrew Whittington appeares on y part of y plt and were examined upon theire oathes &
the said ffrancis Jenckins being then there alleadging nothing to y contrary why hee Should not pay the
same This Court finding that there is Due to y plaintiffe from Capt^a: Thomas Jones one thousand three~
hundred pounds of Tobacco Doe order that ffrancis Jenckins attorney of Capt^a: Thomas Jones pay unto y
plaintiffe W^m: Walston or his order one thousand three hundred pounds of Tobacco out of y Tobaccoes in
his hands of Capt^a: Thomas Jones with Cost of Sute alias execucon: /
