there are pledges to prosecute John Doe & Rich: Roe:
And whereupon y S^d: Randall by Thomas Poole his attorney Complaineth y^t whereas y S^d: Def^t y 16^th Day of March
A^o: Do^m: 1675: by his Certain bill in wrighting Sealed with his Seale & here in Co^rt: produced Did binde himself
his heires executo^rs or assignes to pay unto y S^d pl^t or his order y just & full quantity of four hundred & fifty
pounds of good Sound merchantable Tobacco & Casqe to bee paid in Some Convenient place in y aforesaid County of
Som^r:sett att or before y Tenth Day of octob^r next ensueing y Date of y Said bill And y pl^t: in fact saith that y S^d
Def^t Did not pay to y pl^t y S^d quantity of Tobacco att Some Convenient place in y County aforesaid or elce where
att or before y Tenth Day of October next ensueingg y Date of y S^d bill nor Since hath paid y Same y Said quantity
of four hundred & fifty pounds of Tobacco & Casque being Still Due & oweing to y plt^r by y Said Def^t which to y
