Named William Batchelor together with all right of service Due by indenture & forfeiture by reason of
running away from his former masters which was att two times & by his owne acknowledgement five moneths
y Sd William Batchellor to serve y sd Wm: Stevens for y same & all Cost & Damages thereunto belonging
according to act of assembly giveing & grannting to y sd Wm: Stevens & his assignes all that any of his
former masters Wells or Burle or my Selfe Could Claime wittness my hand & Seale this 7th July 1677:

y said William Stevens or his order faithfully four yeares (of y time of Service Due) Commencing
from the time & Day of y Date hereof being y 7th: of July 1677:

And this Day to witt y 14th Day of August Ao: Dom; 1677: The Said Wm: Batchelor in his owne person appeares
before y Cort: and then & there Did faithfully ingage & promise to serve y Said mr Wm: Stevens or his order --
from y Date of y assignement made from Henry Lewis to mr: Wm: Stevens (bearing Date y 7th: July Annoq
Domini 1677:) y full & Compleate time of four yeares with which time of Service honestly & faithfully to bee
by him y Said Wm: Batchelor performed y Said William Stevens aggrees ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
