Sommersett Ss  Cornelius Johnson of Manny was summoned to answer

	31			   unto Josias Seaward in A plea of Debt &c ; / ;   ~        ~

		And whereupon the said Josias by his Attourney George Hasfurt

		saith That he the said Cornelius became Indebted unto him the

		said Josias The full and Just quantity of Two Thousand pounds

		of good Sound marchantable tobacco in Caske as by A Certaine In-

		strument (here in Cort: produced) signed with the hand and

		sealed with the Seale of him the said Cornelius bearing Date the

		eleaventh Day of november Annoq Domini one thousand six

		hundred seaventy and Three  will more plainely Appeare

		wherein the said Cornelius bindes himselfe his heires and admrs:

		to pay the said Two Thousand pounds of Tobacco in Caske to him

		the said Josias his Certaine Attourney his executors: admrs:

		or Assignes; But he the said Cornelius his promise Little

		regarding Denyeth and Still doth to pay the same The plaintiffe

		saith he is Damnified and hath Dammadge To the vallue of

		Three Thousand pounds of Tobacco And Thereupon
