Sommersett Ss  William Giles late of this County was Summoned to

	11			   answer unto Randall Revell of the same County in an

				   accon of y Case upon Accot: ; / ;   ~           ~         ~        ~

		And whereupon the said Randall by his Attourney Henry Smith

		saith that he the said William became Indebted unto him the said

		Randall in the Just Summe or quantity of seaven hundred

		and seaventy pounds of good sound marchantable tobacco and Caske

		(as per accot: here ready to be produced in Cort: will more plainely

		appeare) but he the said William fraudulently intending

		to Deceive him the said Randall of y said seaven hundred

		& seaventy pounds of tobacco & Caske Denyeth and Still doth

		to pay the same Although often thereunto required The plt:

		saith he is Damnified and hath Dammadge to y vallue of

		one Thousand foure hundred and forty pounds of Like tobacco

		and Caske And thereupon brings his Suite &c ; / ;    ~         ~
