vantage to goe about their private occasions, wee have therefore
assessed worke for one fine towards such A bridge but in regard
it will require a pritty Considerable quantity of tobacco to make
the same over A navigable Creeke & being in A very bad place
wee therefore humbly pray yor: excellency to bestowe the
remainder of the fines for the use aforesaid and wee Shall
