tobacco already paid againe of the plt: nicholas Huttson, But
the plt: saith there is onely A parcell remayning Due to the
said mr: Thomas Jones (the said three hhds: falling Short, which
then at that time was tendered to pay the said Edward Jones
(as mr: Thomas Jones receiver) for the use of the said Thomas
Jones by Daniell Quillane; The plaintiffe saith he is
arreasted to the provincial Cort: for his Debt which (all save
a Small parcell) was paid The plt: saith he is Dampnified
and hath Dammage to the vallue of Two thousand pounds of
tobacco and there upon brings his Sute having neither his bill
nor A sufficient Discharge for his tobacco paid &c. ; / ;
