Answer unto Thomas Ball in an accon of the Case
And whereupon the said Thomas for himselfe saith that the said William
became indebted unto the said Thomas for accomodacon seaven months
for himselfe & sonne William the Just quantity of eleaven hundred
pounds of Tobacco in Caske to be payd the tenth day of october in the yeare
1673 which quantity the said William did Assume to amake paymt:
yett the said summe of 1100lb: of tobacco though often demanded & requested
to make paymt: hath not payd but the same doth alltogether deny to the
greate Damadge of the said Thomas & further saith hath Losse to y
vallue of Two Thousand Two hundred pounds of Tobacco in Caske And
thereupon brings his Suite &c ; / ; ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
