The Deft: Wm: Tompson being Called three times appeares neither
by himselfe nor his Attorney And thereupon the plt: saith
he had time enough to bring the said Richard Pomfrey and
having made appeare that the said Tompson transported the
said Pomfrey out of this Province humbly Craves ordr:
agt: William Tompson for his Debt; Whereupon this Cort:
ffinding that the said Tompson hath transported out of this
County and Province the said Richard Pomfrey Doe order
that Wm: Tompson doe pay or Cause to be paid unto Henry
Smith or his order foure hundred Twenty seaven pounds of
Tobacco with Cost of Sute Alias execucon
