56 hand of the said John Anderson in the Just summe or
quantity of six hundred seaventy three pounds of tobacco
with Caske which speciallty is produced by Edward Jones
attorney for the plaintiffe here in Cort: the said summe of
six hundred seaventy three pounds of tobacco being Long Since
Due and is Still unsatisfied the plt: saith by his Attorney that
he is Dampnified and hath Dammage to the vallue of thirteene
hundred and forty six pounds of Tobacco and thereupon
brings his Sute &c. ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
This ffollowing bill was read, vizt;
This Bill bindeth me John Anderson my heires executors:
administrators: or assignes to pay unto John Pitt his executors:
or assignes the ffull summe of six hundred seaventy and
three pounds of good marchantable tobacco and Caske in
some Convenient place in Patuxent river at or upon the 10th:
of october next ensueing after the Date hereof as wittnes my
hand this 30th: of the 11th: mo: Called January 1664/5
