The Same day Commissioners as afore
To ye worshipfull Commrs: of Sommersett County
The humble Pettition of Ellizabeth Pickeron
Humbly Showeth whereas yor Pettitioner Resided some small time at Master Richard
Whitties of this County and being Abused by the said Richard Whitties
wife by scandelous words thought fitt to Remove my selfe to Some
other habitacon and Accordingly did yor Pettitioner Came to the house
of the said Richard Witties to the intent to Carry with me my
Apparell and other nessaryes but was stopped by the said Richards
wife yor: Pettitioner humbly desireth your worships to order I
might have my Apparell and necessaries and yor Pettitioner is
Ready to give Security for the Payment of what in reason they
can require And your Pettitioner as in dutie bound Shall ever pray
