535 The Same Day Commrs: as afore
Stephen Barnett (Servant to Lewin Denwood of this
County planter) Comeing into this Province without
Indenture; The said Lewin Denwood humbly Craves
this worpll: Cort: to passe theire Judgement Concerning
his servants age &c having brought him within the
time Limitted According to Act of Assembly in
such Cases provided &c After A full veiwe had and taken
by the Justices of the said servant This Cort: Doth
Judge the said Stephen Barnett to be above fifteene and
under eighteene yeares of age ; / ; ~ ~ ~ ~

planter) Comeing into this Province without Indenture
The said William Planner humbly Craves this worpll:
Cort: to pass theire Judgement Concerning his servants
age &c having brought him within the time Limitted

After a full veiwe had and taken by the Justices of the
said servant, This Cort: Doth Judge the said John
Taylor to be above eighteene under Two And
