Walter Rosse (servant to mr: David Browne of
this County gentl:) Comeing into this Province -
without Indenture The said David Browne -
humbly Craves this worpll: Cort: to passe theire
Judgemt: Concerning his servant age &c having
brought him within the time Limited According
to Act of Assembly in such Cases provided &c After
A full veiwe had and taken by the Justices of the
said servant; This Cort: doth Judge the said Servant
above fifteene and under eighteene yeares of age
