of Sommersett County in this Province gentl: my true
and Lawfull Attorney for me and in my name and to
my use to Demand Leavy Sue for recover and receive of
and from any person or persons that are inhabiting in
this County of Sommersett such sumes of moneys goods
wares marchandizes and tobaccoes Debts Dues and demands
whatsoever which are Due and belonging to me the said Jones
(or mr: John England (hereby effectually Impowering my said
Attorney by virtue of the said mr: Englands power to me
grannted) be it by booke bills accounte reckoninge or
Assumpcon or by any other wayes or meanes whatsoever
