Whereas William Kanady Late of the County of
Sommersett in the Province of Maryland deceased
Stood indebted unto me Thomas Walker of the County
and Province Aforesaid the summe of foureteene
hundred ninety five pounds of good Sound marchantable
Tobacco and Caske as by bill signed with the hand and
Sealed with the Seale of him the said William Keneday
bearing Date the 11th: day of March Annoq Domini one
Thousand Six hundred seaventy and foure And further
the said William Keneday Standeth indebted upon Accot:
for severall goods received of me the said Thomas
Walker to the vallue of Two hundred and ninety pounds
of Tobacco The which Two summes amount to
one Thousand seaven hundred eighty five pounds
of tobacco which the said William Standeth indebted
to me the said Walker ; / ; ~ ~ ~ ~
The said quantity of seventeene hundred And
eighty five pounds tobacco being Justly dew to me the
said Thomas Walker from the said Kanaday in his
Life time and no satisfaccon made The which the sd:

And this Day to witt the 25th: day of March One
Thousand six hundred seaventy and five haveing
Searched the records of Sommersett County and no Caveat
being entered against the administring of the said Wm
Kenadyes estate I now enter my Caveat Against
