& Avalon Lord Baltemore &c; To the Commissioners of Somersett
County whereas A Certaine plainte was Lately depending before
you betweene John Hilliard plaint and George Johnson deft:
in A plea of trespas of the Case in which verditt past for the
Deft: And thereupon the plt: appealed to us in or: Provincial
Cort: And you having made returne to or: Justices of or: Provincial
Cort: helld at or: Citty of St: Maries the tenth day of December
the record of the said plaint with all the proseedings thereupon
at which said Cort: the said John Hillyard not appearing to make
good his said appeale according as by the rules of or: said Cort:
