Cort: & part by fees & pr bill Assigned to the said Cole as pr
Accot: more plainely will appeare but the said James frau
dulently intending refuseth to pay the aforesaid summe
of 999lb: tob and Caske allthough thereunto hath severall
times bin demanded whereby the said John is Damnified
and hath Dammadge to the vallue of Two Thousand pounds
of Tobacco and Caske and thereupon brings his suite ; / ;

his Attorney Commeth and defendeth himselfe And saith
That the Attorney for the plt: hath no Legall power nor
